Suncheon Bay National Garden is Korea's No.
Suncheon Bay National Garden is Korea's No. 1 National Garden, created to protect the ecology of Suncheonman wetlands. Spread across a vast site of about 340,000 pyeong, there are 58 diverse gardens, including the Korean traditional garden, Lake Garden, and world gardens from 13 countries.
Designed by world-renowned garden designer Charles Jencks, Suncheon Lake Garden is a landmark that captures the topography of Suncheon, and the 'Dream Bridge' made of about 30 containers serves as an art piece and an art museum in its entirety. With beautiful flowers and trees harmonizing throughout the four seasons, offering visitors peaceful relaxation and world travel at the same time, this place is a key attraction for eco-tourism linked with the Suncheonman wetlands.
