Woryeonggyo Bridge, which crosses over Andongho Lake, is the longest wooden pedestrian bridge in Korea, and a place imbued with a poignant love story from over 400 years ago. To honor the sublime love of 'Woni Eomma', who made mituri (hemp shoes) with her hair for her sick husband, the entire bridge was designed in the shape of a mituri. The octagonal Woryeongjeong Pavilion located in the middle of the bridge adds a classic elegance, and harmonizes with the beautiful mountains of the Nakdonggang River to create a dreamy atmosphere.
In particular, at night, a beautiful night view is presented with five-color lights and a fountain show, and there is a legend that if you walk with your lover, your love will last forever. Enjoying the night view on the river by riding a Hwangpodotbae or a Moon Boat is also a special experience.
