Andong Folk Village is an outdoor museum created by relocating traditional houses that were in danger of being submerged during the construction of Andong Dam in the 1970s to the mountainside. Within the complex, traditional houses imbued with historical breath, including the designated treasure Andong Seokbinggo, as well as large houses and ritual houses from the Joseon Dynasty, are harmonized, and at the entrance, a monument for the poem 'Gwangya' by independence activist Lee Yuk-sa is erected. It is a representative cultural space of Andong where you can enjoy accommodation and various cultural experiences utilizing the old houses, and appreciate the night view of the walking trails lit by lanterns and the nearby Woryeonggyo Bridge at night.
