Located in Seosan-dong, Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, Yeonhee's Supermarket is a major filming location for the movie '1987' and a special space that fully retains the mood of the 1980s. Originally a neighborhood stationery store, it was selected by the film production team and reborn as the home and supermarket of the main character Yeon-hee, becoming a national attraction. Major scenes, such as the actors sitting and talking on a wooden bench, were filmed here, and even after the movie ended, the appearance and props from that time have been preserved intact through an agreement between Mokpo and the production company, providing visitors with the experience of walking through a scene from the movie.

In the backyard of the supermarket, an air raid shelter containing the history of forced mobilization during the Japanese colonial period is hidden, adding another historical meaning.
