Boasting the longest length in the country at 3. 23km, Mokpo Marine Cable Car has established itself as a landmark of Mokpo since its opening in 2019. The approximately 40-minute aerial stroll starting from Bukhang platform, passing by Yudalsan Mountain with its bizarre rocks, and reaching Gohado Island provides a special experience of viewing the mountain, sea, and city center all at once.
In particular, the section that bends in an 'L' shape at the top of Yudalsan Mountain and crosses the sea off Mokpo, along with the 155m main tower which is the second highest in the world, adds a dizzying thrill. It can be comfortably used with wheelchairs and strollers, and the sunset of Dadohae Sea glowing red at dusk and the subtle night view complete a romantic night in Mokpo. At the terminus, Gohado Island, you can enjoy the ocean view while strolling along the coastal walking deck.
