Located in Geumgokdong, Incheon Donggu, Baedari Secondhand Bookstore Alley is a historic street derived from the name of an old waterway where seawater used to flow in. Street stalls were formed right after Gwangbok and through the Korean War, and in the 1960s~70s, it flourished as one of the top three secondhand bookstore streets in the country. As time passed, only a few bookstores such as Abelseojeom and Hanmiseojeom keep the tradition alive today, conveying a retro sensibility and the nostalgia of old books.
Along with the charming mural street at the alley's entrance, it is also famous as a filming location for the popular drama 'Guardian: The Lonely and Great God', attracting a continuous stream of visitors wanting to enjoy a quiet walk and take photos.
