Located on the west side of Wolhwawon Garden in Hyowon Park in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, Yuehuayuan is a garden that perfectly recreates the traditional style of Guangdong, China. It was created through a friendly exchange agreement signed between Gyeonggi-do and Guangdong in 2003. The scenery seen through the windows of the buildings, the artificial mountain made of piled earth, the artificial lake and waterfall, and the boat-shaped pavilion harmonize to create an exotic and elegant atmosphere.
It is also famous as a major filming location for the drama 'Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo', making it a great place to take a walk and enjoy the tranquil scenery.
