Located in the Daedeok Research Complex in Daejeon, the National Science Museum is a hall of science and technology culture themed on the harmony of nature, humanity, and science. Starting as the Royal Gift Commemorative Science Museum in 1927, it experienced the pain of the Korean War and was relocated to Daejeon in 1990, being reborn as a center for the popularization of science. Beyond simple exhibitions, it boasts diverse experiential facilities such as the Chang-i Narae Hall, where you can personally experience cutting-edge scientific instruments, and the Planetarium, where you can meet the mysterious universe in Korea's first 3D planetarium.
It is a complex science culture space where all age groups can enjoy the pleasure and creativity of science, featuring exhibition halls encompassing the history of science and technology and natural history of Korea, as well as the Dream-atti Experience Hall and Children's Science Museum for children.
