Located at Gangjeong Goryeongbo where the Nakdonggang River and Geumhogang River meet, The ARC holds the meaning of 'a building and artwork containing everything about river culture. ' It is a complex cultural space boasting unique sculptural beauty designed by world-renowned architect Hani Rashid, inspired by the moment a skipping stone crosses the water surface, the dynamic appearance of a leaping fish, and Korea's traditional maksabal (bowl). On the 1st basement floor, you can find a permanent exhibition themed on rivers, water, and nature, as well as the 'Greeting Man' by artist Yoo Young-ho, and in the Seokeuryeongsangjon spanning the 1st and 2nd floors, you can enjoy a grand 360-degree panoramic video themed on the cycle of life.
At the observatory on the 3rd floor, you can enjoy a relaxing time with a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery where the two rivers merge, making it especially popular as a night view spot.
