Daegu's representative theme park, E-World, started as 'Ubangtaworaendeu' in 1995 and was newly renovated under its current name after being acquired by E-Land Group in 2011. Set against the backdrop of Daegu's landmark 83 Tower, it features European-style buildings, various amusement rides, and an animal farm, making it loved by both families and couples. In spring, especially, the cherry blossom path centered around 83 Tower creates a spectacular sight, and at night, the 'Rainbow Blossom Lighting' is added to present a fantastic night view.
Thrilling attractions such as the nation's highest drop-type ride 'Sky Drop' and the 360-degree rotating 'Mega Swing 360' are also popular. It holds various theme events each season, such as the Tulip Festival and Halloween Festival, always providing visitors with new joy.
