As the outer ring road opened in the 1990s, its wide-open view became known, and since then, cafes and restaurants with beautiful views have appeared one by one, establishing it as a representative cafe street of Chuncheon. With unique photo zones provided in each cafe, such as exotic bell towers and glass skywalks, it is highly popular as a drive and date course.
It is the optimal place to look down on the mountainscape of Chuncheon, the city of lakes, during the day, appreciate the emotional sunset at dusk, and enjoy the brilliantly sparkling night view of the downtown area at night.
