Seoul Baekje Museum is a museum established in Olympic Park to shed light on the 493 years of Hanseong Baekje history, when Seoul prospered as the first capital of Baekje. It was constructed with a motif of a ship symbolizing the maritime powerhouse Baekje and the outline of the Mongchontoseong fortress walls, and the life-size cross-section of the Pungnaptoseong fortress walls displayed in the lobby catches the eye. In the exhibition halls, you can vividly examine the founding process of Baekje, its food, clothing, and shelter lifestyle, a life-size model of a Baekje envoy ship, as well as the fierce history of the Three Kingdoms surrounding the Han River basin.
After viewing, it is good to go up to the Sky Garden observatory and appreciate the beautiful scenery of Mongchontoseong and Olympic Park.
