Korea Expressway Corporation Arboretum is a non-profit arboretum established in 1974 to restore the natural environment damaged by expressway construction. On a large site of about 44,000 pyeong, 24 themed gardens such as a rose garden, rock garden, medicinal herb garden, and wetland garden are colorfully decorated. It is loved as a nature learning site and a healing attraction where you can view about 4,000 different types of plants, and it also conducts research on the conservation and restoration of endangered plants.
