About

When the Gyeongui Line railway that once crossed the city center went underground, the remaining land above ground was reborn as a green park. The Yeonnam-dong section in particular, affectionately called 'Yeontral Park', is the symbolic space of this park where youthful vitality and a relaxed atmosphere coexist. It serves as an everyday resting place for citizens who enjoy picnics sitting on the lawn or take a light walk along the trails.

Around the park, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and charming shops full of personality, offering new joy wherever your feet take you. The once-desolate railway has been reborn as an urban lung and cultural space loved by citizens, making it one of the most successful examples of urban regeneration.
