Eulwangri Beach, located on Yeongjongdo in Incheon, is a representative marine resort in the metropolitan area, opened in 1963 and designated as a National Tourist Resort in 1986. The crescent-shaped, gently curving white sand beach is impressive, and it boasts a refreshing landscape in harmony with the strangely shaped rocks soaring at both ends of the beach. At low tide, a vast mudflat is revealed, and the West Coast sunset, which dyes the entire sea red, is a scenery not to be missed.
You can also enjoy a scenic trek by walking along the coastal cultural trail that starts from the Eulwangri Pier, which has a quiet fishing village atmosphere, and leads to the suspension bridge and Seonnyeobawi.
